Heather Mcdown

Heather McDown is a native of Oklahoma City and has been an American Cheese Society Certified Cheese Professional since 2015. Before cheese found her, she was a musician in a former life and studied in Wales. She enjoys playing in a local brass band, learning all things about the local fare, and educating folks about specialty food. You can occasionally find her mongering at grocery stores around the state.
